Central Sydney South Regional Tenant Resource Service
Background
The Central Sydney South Regional Tenant Resource Service is funded under the Department of Housings Community Renewal Program.
The service is auspiced and managed by Riverwood Community Centre.
It is staffed by 2 tenant resource workers and a co-ordinator.
The service is open to all public housing, community housing and Aboriginal housing tenants and applicants who live in the local government areas of:
Ashfield, Burwood, Botany Bay, Canterbury, Concord, Drummoyne, Hurstville,Kogarah, Randwick, Rockdale, (parts of) South Sydney, Strathfield, Sutherland, Waverly and Woollahra.
Our Service
Our Service Provides:
Information on social housing and other Government and community related issues and services.
Support and Training for tenants and tenants groups with a focus on tenant participation.
Referral to Government and other community based services.
Advocacy for local tenant groups and / or individuals regarding housing and other related issues.
Opportunities for tenants to become involved in tenant participation and decision making processes.
Office Hours
We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm.

The CSSRTRS provides information and referral for all social housing tenants and applicants. For an interpreter, call 131 450.
