Aged Services

Riverwood / Canterbury Aged and Disabilty Support Service

aims to provide emotional, social and practical support and assistance to Home and COmmunity Care (HACC) eligible clients (frail aged and younger people with disabilities and their carers) who live in the Canterbury LGA.

It provides these services through a range of different programs which are outlined Below.

Referals to any of these services are generally made by Aged Care Assessment Teams, social workers, doctors, other HACC services, or by clients themselves and their family members. Referals can be made by contacting any of the staff at our office.

The Service opperates from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
